However you make your content in MarketMee (images from your code, a narrated video, or just a few lines of text), it goes out through the same composer. You write the post once, pick the accounts, and either publish it now or schedule it. Afterwards you can see exactly where it went and retry anything that failed.

Publishing and scheduling are free. They never use tokens.

Before you start

Connect at least one social account on the Accounts page. If you haven't yet, follow how to connect your social accounts.

Step by step

  1. Open the composer. Click New post at the top of the sidebar. It's there on every page. (On the dashboard, Write a post does the same.)
  2. Add media (optional). Media comes first, because what you attach shapes what you'll say. Under Media (optional), choose Images or Video:
    • Images: drop in up to four images from your computer, or click Browse AI Images to pick from images you've made in MarketMee.
    • Video: upload an MP4, MOV or WebM file up to 100MB, or click Browse Video Projects to attach a video you've rendered in MarketMee.
  3. Write the Content. Type your post in Content (up to 3,000 characters). If you attached a video project, AI Caption writes a caption for you based on the video.
  4. Choose Platforms. Under Platforms, tick the accounts the post should go to. Any account whose login has expired shows Reconnect first; reconnect it on the Accounts page and it becomes selectable again.
  5. Schedule (optional). Leave Schedule (optional) empty to post straight away, or pick a date and time.
  6. Send it. The button reads Publish Now or, when a time is set, Schedule Post.

Shortcut from a video: on a finished video, Create Post writes a caption and opens the composer with the video already attached. See how to create a video in MarketMee.

The post page

After you send it, MarketMee opens the post's own page. It shows the post and one row per account, each with its status:

  • Publishing… while it's on its way.
  • Published, with View post to open it on the platform.
  • Scheduled when it's set for later.
  • Failed, with the reason in plain English.

From here you can:

  • Click Retry failed to send it again to the accounts that failed.
  • Click Reconnect accounts if a login expired, then come back and retry.
  • Click Write another post or Go to timeline.

YouTube's daily upload limit. YouTube caps how many videos an account can upload per day. If you hit it, MarketMee waits and retries automatically just after midnight Pacific, when the limit resets, and the row says so.

Your Posts history

Click Posts in the sidebar to see everything you've published or scheduled, newest first.

  • Filter with All, Published, Failed or Scheduled, or use Search post text.
  • Columns show the Date, the Post, Where it went (each account, with a link to the live post), the Status, the IDs (handy if you need support), and the Source: Manual, Autopilot or From a commit.
  • Click any post to open its page and retry from there.
  • Click Load more at the bottom for older posts.

The Timeline

Click Timeline in the sidebar for a calendar of what's going out.

  • Switch between Day, Week and Month, and use the arrows or Today to move around.
  • Each connected account gets its own column.
  • Turn on Show published to see what already went out alongside what's coming up.
  • Click any post to edit it before it goes out, or to retry it if it failed.

Tips

  • Schedule from a queue. Posts you create on the review page with Add to Queue, and posts from Autopilot, go out in the slots on your Schedule page. See how to schedule a week of posts.
  • Change the first line per platform. If you post the same thing everywhere, a different opening line for LinkedIn and X helps it feel less automated.
  • Fix failed logins first. If a post failed because a login expired, reconnect the account and then use Retry failed; nothing needs rewriting.
  • Want posts without the composer? Autopilot turns new commits into posts and schedules them for you.
